Replacement policy:


Exchanges with Lozan are very easy and convenient and are available for 7 days from the date you receive your order. All you have to do is:

  1. Contact the customer service team via WhatsApp, by phone, or on the following number: 920033649.
  2. Provide them with (your order number - alternative model - required size) so they can submit an exchange request for you.
  3. After the product arrives, is inspected, and all accessories are confirmed to be present, the replacement order will be shipped immediately.


Replacement conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all attached tags intact and undamaged, and wrapped in the original packaging. Gifts included with the order are excluded from this requirement and do not need to be returned.
  2. The customer bears the shipping cost, and if the product is defective or there is an error, Lozan bears the full costs.
  3. The amount paid for shipping fees and cash on delivery fees goes to the shipping company and cannot be returned.
  4. After the policy is issued by Lausanne, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the company through which the policy was issued.
  5. The first exchange has no fees payable by the customer (except for some offers), and the second one incurs shipping fees of 60 .
  6. Products that cannot be exchanged (Unions, scarves, bandanas, tailoring products , alteration products (including adding snaps), perfumes, laundry bags).
  7. The remaining amount (difference) is not refunded for exchanging a product at a different price for another product, and the customer has the right to complete this with another product while paying the difference in amount if any.
  8. In international exchanges, the customer bears the full shipping and customs costs, and in case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
  9. You can exchange discounted or offer products, but (in case the discount or offer ends) you will lose the discount value and must pay the difference.



Return policy:
