Exchange Policy:


Exchanging with Lozan is very easy and convenient and is available for 7 days from the date of receiving your order. All you have to do is:

  1. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp, phone, or the following number: 920033649.
  2. Provide them with (your order number - alternative model - required size) to submit a replacement request for you.
  3. After the product arrives, is inspected, and all accessories are confirmed, the replacement order will be shipped immediately.


Replacement terms:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging. Gifts included with the order are not subject to return.
  2. The customer bears the shipping cost, and if the product is defective or there is an error, Lausanne bears the full costs.
  3. The amount paid for shipping and cash on delivery fees goes to the shipping company and cannot be returned.
  4. After the policy is issued by Lausanne, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the company through which the policy was issued.
  5. The first exchange is free of charge to be paid by the customer (except for some offers), and the second exchange bears the shipping fee of 60 .
  6. Non-exchangeable products (turban, scarf, bandanas, tailoring products , alteration products (including adding snaps), perfumes, laundry bags).
  7. The remaining amount (difference) will not be refunded for replacing a product with a different price than the other product. The customer has the right to complete this with another product, paying the difference in the amount, if any.
  8. In international exchange, the customer bears all shipping and customs costs and in case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
  9. You can exchange discounted or offered products, but (if the discount or offer has expired) you will lose the discount value and must pay the difference.



Return Policy:


Returning with Lausanne is very easy and convenient and is available for 7 days from the date of receiving your order. All you have to do is:

  2. Provide us with (your order number - return reason - IBAN number - bank name - account holder's full name) to submit a return request for you.
  3. After the product arrives, is inspected, and all accessories are present, the amount will be transferred to the customer within 15 days from the date the management approves the return process.
